Mapping Nottingham’s Identity is a collaborative project which aims to start a conversation about Nottingham’s identity, heritage and community. Throughout several workshops, people from all around Nottingham have written, drawn and doodled their individual responses which we have put together onto digital and physical maps to visually represent all of the information.

This project challenges the notion of ‘heritage’ by asking simple questions such as “Where is your favourite place in Nottingham?” and analysing the responses. Take a look at the online digital map to see all of the responses.
